Cases
01
Landing & inquiries
School, course, and teacher overview. Enrollment form: grade, goals, target score, contacts. Inquiries go through statuses — new, in progress, completed. New requests go straight to the teacher via Telegram.
02
Programs & cohorts
One curriculum — multiple groups. Materials are edited once and shared across groups; each group has its own schedule. Individual courses are managed separately. The teacher enrolls students and tracks each student's progress.
03
Schedule & content publishing
Each group and individual course has its own schedule: lesson times, when materials open, homework deadlines. The teacher sees the full week — group and individual lessons on one screen. Lesson materials are released on schedule.
04
Question bank
Five assignment formats with automatic and manual grading. The bank has 1,000+ questions, updated daily. Questions are tied to topics and reused across courses.
05
Assignment grading
Test questions are graded instantly. Written work is scored manually by the teacher or assistant. All submissions awaiting review are on one screen.
06
Lessons & video
Each lesson includes text materials, a video recording, and homework. The teacher creates and edits lessons: text, formulas, illustrations. Video is available only to enrolled students.
07
Lesson payment tracking
Each student has a balance of paid lessons per course. The teacher issues an invoice; the student uploads payment proof — the balance updates after confirmation. No payment gateway yet; one can be added if needed.
08
Attendance & grades
After a lesson the teacher marks attendance and assigns grades — including for homework. Monthly summary of attendance, grades, and homework.
09
Telegram notifications
A bot notifies the teacher of new submissions and other events that need attention. Students get notified when work is graded.
10
Roles & access
Student, assistant, teacher, administrator. Assistants can grade homework without full admin access.
